About the role

Creative Content Designer — Athletiverse (Sports Content Agency). We make the creative that sports leagues, teams, athletes, and brands run every week — short-form video, stats and matchup graphics, podcasts, newsletters, and paid social. We're hiring a Creative Content Designer to make the best-performing social content in sports, week after week.

This isn't a strategy seat. This is a hands-on craft seat — Photoshop wide open, editing timeline always rolling, the person who actually ships the work that wins. If you live to make beautiful, sharp, scroll-stopping creative and you're already winning on social, this is your room.

What you'll do

Design every graphic — matchup posters, stats cards, lineup announces, player drops, recaps, paid social statics. Photoshop is your home base.

Edit every short-form video — reels, TikToks, Shorts, paid social cutdowns. Hooks tight, captions clean, pacing snappy.

Produce content that performs — not just looks good. Engagement, watch-time, and saves are your scoreboard.

Ship volume without dropping quality — a high-output operator who treats the Photoshop file as the deliverable, not the deck about the Photoshop file.

Work closely with the team on briefs, references, and feedback loops so every output gets sharper.

What we're looking for

Elite Photoshop. This is the #1 requirement. We're looking for the person whose Photoshop work makes everyone else say *"how did you do that?"* — type, layout, comping, color, retouching, the works.

Short-form editing at a high level — CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or any combination. Comfortable with mobile-first editing flows.

Proven ability to produce highly engaging social content — share a portfolio of reels and graphics with the numbers (or context) that show the work landed. Saves, shares, sends, comments — not just impressions.

3–6 years in a designer, content creator, or social-creative role. Agency, in-house brand, or solo creator with traction all count.

Trend-aware — you spot what's about to pop in short-form before everyone else does, and you can replicate or remix it fast.

AI-native — Photoshop generative fill, Sora/Runway, Claude/ChatGPT in your daily flow. Speed is leverage.

Performance-literate — you understand hook rate, hold rate, CTR, and creative fatigue, and you let the numbers correct your taste.

A love of sports, or the drive to learn the space fast.
